Franchise Awards Winners Announced

We’ve recently announced the Pack & Send New Zealand 2021-22 Franchise Awards at our annual conference (aka Connect Day). Our most coveted award is Franchisee of the Year which was taken out by the fabulous Stephan and Maulene Grovè from PACK & SEND Hamilton City!
Maulene and her hard working team have transformed an existing service centre – almost doubling turnover in around two years. She has stuck to our proven processes and systems and has really blown her customers away, not surprisingly receiving a few hundred 5 star reviews!

“Have I ever once thought I would win the FOTY? Never! It never even crossed my mind, so the surprise was huge. And I’m so humble to be able to have won this prestigious award. Nothing comes without hard work, and each and everyone at the Hamilton branch has walked the extra mile to grow the store.
The support from Head office is amazing. I’ll never forget Matthew Everest’s words when we first met: “Just stick to the plan, it works!” Needless to say, he was right. We feel like one big happy family – store owners support each other in the good and the bad times. And the last 2 years has been a crazy rollercoaster ride with so much uncertainty.
I would also like to thank all my loyal customers who keep on coming back – without your support we wouldn’t have grown this much in the last 2 years”.
Our No Limits 2021-22 award went to Marsden McCarthy & Shane Haughey from PACK & SEND Queenstown. They completed our largest sale of the year for one consignment which came in at around $122k. Marsden & Shane worked hard to expertly package and protect an art collection and safely delivered it from Queenstown to Scotland. The magnitude of this delivery reflects the level of trust in our service centres across our twenty regions around New Zealand. No job really is too fragile or large for the PACK & SEND Queenstown team!
Our Three Quarters of a Million Dollar Club 2021-22 award went to Jane & Jeremy Bain from PACK & SEND Takapuna. They continue to impress us with their stellar sales and business development and we’d like to congratulate them on this impressive milestone!

It wouldn’t have been the same though without our amazing supporters, suppliers and the wider team, some from Australia and Italy who we were so grateful made the effort to travel over to New Zealand to attend.
