Amazing freight forwarding service to use when NZ post is being absolutely useless! Highly recommend to start using pack and send instead. I sent a passport for overnight delivery and it arrived safe and sound at the embassy the next day as promised. I made the mistake of using NZ post courier overnight service for the return of my passport and it took over a week. Moral of the story always use Pack n Send for urgent and important deliveries!

1) I left my HP Computer Notebook in Auckland International Airport in the immigration after the security screening on 22 Feb. 2020(Saturday).2) I contacted Ms. Rita Krishna of Send and Pack, Auckland on 25 Feb. (Tuesday) after initial exporation with DHL and Fedex - none of these international courier company would help to retrieve my computer from the Lost and Found department of Auckland International Airport , pack it properly before sending back my computer.3) After I first contacted Ms. Rita Krishna on 25 Feb. at around 8.06 am (Singapore time) about my problem, until I received my computer safely in my Singapore home on 27 Feb.(Thursday) around 7 pm, the time lapse is only 59 hours (about 2.5 days).4) I really appreciate and applaud the professionalism and efficiency with which Ms. Rita Krishna shown to execute this assignment. (ie.sending my computer back from Auckland to Singapore - a 10 hours flight distance.)5) I give a 10 upon 10 rating for their service !!!
