What a fantastic company to deal with. Mike was amazing, I was so stressed about find a courier company who could returned my Instachill to the TV Shop, I tried a couple of companies with no luck even getting someone on the phone on a Saturday morning was impossible and their website are not user friendly, I just wanted to talk to a person. I found one company who would do it but it was going to cost me an arm and a leg and they only offered an urgent 3hr service, which I didn't need. THEN .... I found Pack & Send, their web site is super easy to navigate, they give you options and a number of Depots I could drop my item at, one of which was Mike at the Avondale site. One ph call (from a stressed me by this stage) and just like that Mike gave me the reassurance that it was not a problem, it could be done easy as and even better it was not going to cost me the earth. So in not even a minute on the ph I had my solution and my stress went away. It was super easy, no mucking around, I got to talk to an actual person, Mike, who is fantastic to deal with. Down to earth and easy to talk to. I came away a satisfied customer with more money in my pocket. I also got some interesting info about the TV Shop and what to watch out for when dealing with any items that need to be returned to them. I recommend using the Avondale Pack & Send, 100% best service ever !!! Great people to deal. If I could give 100+ stars as a review I would !!! I am going to tell everyone about this great company and customer focused service you will receive.
