I dealt with Emily from pack and send and she was super helpful! I tried a few other merchants that send stuff and they all seemed like they just couldn't be bothered. She went out of her way to help send a package from Christchurch to the north island.

Wow pack and send are awsome they picked up some gym equipment for me from Rolleston and packed it up safely, the cost was an awesome price which was about $270 dollars for the amount of gear the volume of the packaging abd picking up and packaging and sending to Rotorua I thought that was a excellent price, Nita Eade, was awsome to deal with and she made it very easy for I highly recommend pack and send.

The service received at Pack & Send Riccarton was extremely good. Drew and Blain were my main point of contacts and were humble, honest and helpful in their dealings. I used their service to send some luggage over to Melbourne and whatever was not sent (after the scans/checks etc.), they did got in touch and asked if I could collect it from the store. Though a little bit can be done in terms of the price as I believe it's a bit expensive but when compared to other services around, they were also as expensive, so cannot complain. This was a biggy for me, living in West Australia and wanting my treasured items in Christchurch sent to my elderly Dad in Tasmania for storage until I settle. I can't believe how easy it was. I couldn't fully complete the contents list as I hadn't seen my items for three years so Andrew and the team did it for me. It took only three days to arrive but my Dad wasn't home so a note was left for him to collect it. This I didn't want as he is 81, when he got to the depot the guy there took one look at him and 'said don't worry about a thing we'll drop it off for you', Dad tells me everything is very well packaged.
