Excellent service. I'd struggled to find a company that would pick up a parcel heavier than 25kg. Pack & Send were very prompt with their quote. Arrived quickly to pick up the parcel and it was then delivered promptly. Lovely people to deal with too.

Pack and send have been shipping goods from Hamilton to Australia for our business for a few years now and every time it is delivered on time and in excellent condition. We don't have to worry about packaging it up in the correct manner as sometimes we have dangerous goods to send, but Pack & Send take care of all of those details AND charge less than their competitors. This is the first but definitely not the last time I will be using the excellent services of Pack & Send Hamilton City. I had 3 large parcels which needed to get to Auckland urgently. I had received a quote from another service and was just blown away with the competitive costs from Pack & Send. The timeframe for delivery was the icing on the cake! Two days later and I've received notification that the 3 large parcels (which cost half the price of the other quote) arrived overnight the very next day and well within time for a successful delivery. Pack and Send in Hamilton were really responsive and helpful. They did what it said on the box! They packaged my item up and kept me informed all the way. The only snag was the delivery company in Wellington, Mainfreight, who were a bit relaxed about the final delivery time and day.However, I recommend Pack and Send highly.

I was a recipient of a parcel sent through Pack and Send Hamilton.They were very helpful in adjusting the delivery to ensure I got it the next day in Christchurch. But the camera lens had a crack in the hood. No extra packing was provided to what the sender provided. He believed they would add packing. He is taking it up with them. Reading Pack and Send's reply , I accept what they say. The sender failed to pack it properly.

Unable to find a local pack and post business in New Plymouth to send some heirlooms to family in England, I emailed Pack & Send Hamilton City. They quickly provided a quote and next day a local lady collected the bits and pieces, packed them, and had them couriered overnight to Hamilton. The Stratford based lady looks after all of Taranaki for this service. After signing the consignment notes, Pack & Send on the third day had the package on its way. It has arrived in perfect condition and photos received during opening showed how well the packaging had been done. My family were delighted. I can thoroughly recommend Pack & Send Hamilton City.

I needed to send a surfboard from Hamilton to New Plymouth and Pack and Send were amazing to deal with. After calling four different courier services they were the only one who could send my item. I used park&send services to send my personal belongings from NZ to Canada. They provided an excellent service and helped me throughout the process .Due to COVID they had to store my stuff for three month at their warehouse before they can transport it to Canada and they did not charge me any additional money for Storage. I dealt with Maulene at their Hamilton branch she helped me throughout the process and provided all the documentation in a timely manner that helped me getting my custom clearance at the Canadian. Border agency-If you need to send any package overseas or within NZ I would highly recommend them , excellent customer service and price.

Hi I can not recommend Pack and Send Hamilton enough, I recently sent a 22kg box of stationery to Cambodia from Hamilton, they helped me arranged what was the best price in postage for me and the weight and then I left them to it, packing the box which they supplied and documenting all the paper work required etc, they sent me a tracking number and then 9 days later my school received their books, pens etc. Cant get any easier or faster than that.
