The staff were amazingly helpful! I needed to send off an electronic device abroad (to the UK) and they were really helpful with the whole process. I just brought the device so they could check it and the lithium battery details for the right postage type. They also sorted out the packaging of the device too.Highly recommended them!

I investigated a few Tauranga couriers and wanted to get some chilled fish up to Gisborne overnight - one big courier web site said maybe 3-5 days because of covid - I called Pack and Send, and Kent said as long as I could get into the shop in Willow street by 3pm he would do his best - no promises - I of course turned up at 2.50pm - Kent ran around, sorted it all out, and fish delivered by 11am next day - yes I would use them any time.Thank you and Good on you Kent and Pack and Send Tauranga city

I had the best service from these guys - they ‘over-delivered’ 😀I was looking for a Christmas miracle when I realised a gift for a special girl made its way with me to the Mount instead of the Hawkes Bay on the 23rd December. I rang and was told I had a 20 minute window to get the parcel to the branch, paid a reasonable fee and was told there were no guarantees it would arrive the next day - which I was accepting of given it was the 23rd.
