MBE Worldwide Acquires PACK & SEND New Zealand
MBE Worldwide acquires PACK & SEND New Zealand to further strengthen its presence in the Oceanian market
We are pleased to announce that PACK & SEND New Zealand has been acquired via 100% ownership share by MBE Worldwide. For our customers we anticipate a brighter future for PACK & SEND NZ and feel that pooling our resources and buying power will help to retain and build upon our extensive courier and freight services.
After the acquisition of PACK & SEND SYSTEMS (“PACK & SEND”), the Franchisor of PACK & SEND in 2021, and the acquisition of PACK & SEND UK last March, with this acquisition MBE reinforces its presence in the Oceanian market where three of its family of brands now operate: MBE, PACK & SEND and World Options. PACK & SEND NZ will continue to operate as an independent company within New Zealand. All MBE Group companies operating in Oceania will retain their respective business concepts and brands.
Matthew Everest, will assist PACK & SEND NZ with the transition, together with Group Manager Nathan Paul and the existing team, from our Christchurch Headquarters. A dedicated team – led by Alberto Sacchetti, MBE Region VP with the support of Nicholas Woodward, Country Manager of PACK & SEND – will be working on the post acquisition integration, while keeping their current roles in the organisation, also leveraging on the expertise and support provided by the PACK & SEND Headquarters team in Sydney.
This latest achievement marks a remarkable point in the history of MBE Worldwide and PACK & SEND New Zealand, made possible by our continuous effort and relentless commitment. Our joint entrepreneurial journey is now entering an exciting new phase and we look forward to what lies ahead.
